Operations in our global nerve-centre, near midnight local time.  Hexagon is one of the few truly global organisations, where management is distributed around the globe, and there is no nominated company business language.  This causes us some issues, especially between Arabic and Finnish.

Pictured to the left is a snap of our Nordic Operations centre in Rijkyavik, Iceland.  This is a "follow the sun" helpdesk implementation, which means that our customers can always speak to a human being, no matter what time of the day or night.  We make no guarantees that customers will be able to understand the response, however.

There are six months of the year in Iceland where the phrase "follow the sun" does not mean very much, especially after translation through Inuit.
